This policy explains what information Next Frontier Builders, LLC collects through this website and our AI courses, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who this policy covers
This policy covers nextfrontierbuilders.com and our four course websites: AI Builder Lab, AI for Real Life: Moms, AI for Real Life: Students and AI Architect Academy, along with the course account you use to sign in to them.
Our other products have their own privacy policies, and those policies apply when you use them:

What we collect
When you create a course account
- Your email address and a password. The password is stored only in a protected, scrambled form by our sign-in provider; we never see it.
- A display name and the kind of learner you are (for example, student or parent), if you give them.
- For a student under 18, we may ask for a date of birth and a parent’s email address so a parent can be involved.
When you buy a course
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your email address, which course you bought and a record of the purchase. We never see or store your card number.
While you take a course
- Which courses you are enrolled in, and which lessons you have opened or finished, so we can show your progress and take you back where you left off.
- Some lesson progress is saved only in your own web browser on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
When you write to us
- Your email address and whatever you include in your message.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not use advertising trackers or analytics services on these sites.
- We do not share a student’s progress with anyone other than the account holder.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
- To give you access to the courses you bought and show your progress.
- To send account emails, such as a sign-in link or a password reset.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.
Services we use
We use a small number of outside services to run these sites. Each one handles your information only to provide its service to us.

Many of the courses teach you to use AI tools made by other companies. When you sign up for or use one of those tools, you do so under that company’s own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
Children
Our courses are made for learners 13 and older, and for parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and course records for as long as you have an account. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and progress records, and keep only the purchase records we are required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@nextfrontierbuilders.com from the address on your account, and we will reply within a few business days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
