Terms of use
These terms apply when you use nextfrontierbuilders.com or buy or take one of our AI courses. By using the sites or buying a course, you agree to them.
Who we are
These sites and courses are provided by Next Frontier Builders, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“we” or “us”).
CC Community Hub and Dear Ones have their own terms, which apply when you use them. Dear Ones’ terms are at dearonesapp.com/terms.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us a real email address so we can send sign-in links and receipts.
- A parent or guardian must create or approve the account of a learner under 18 and agrees to these terms on the learner’s behalf.
Buying a course
- Course prices are one-time payments, shown on each course’s page. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- A purchase gives the buyer’s household a personal license to use that course. Please do not share your login or copy the lessons for others.
- We may update lessons over time to keep them current.
Refunds
Each course page states its refund window. If you ask within that window, we refund the purchase in full. If a course page does not state a window, you may ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Email info@nextfrontierbuilders.com with the subject line REFUND.
What you build is yours
The projects, dashboards and other work you create while taking a course belong to you. The course materials themselves, including lessons, videos, worksheets and templates, belong to Next Frontier Builders, LLC.
Outside tools
The courses use AI tools and other services made by other companies. We are not affiliated with them. Your use of those tools is under their own terms, and some of them charge their own fees. AI tools can produce wrong answers, so check important results yourself.
Credit
Where a course is described as credit-worthy, it is designed so a parent or school can award credit. Whether credit is granted is up to the parent, school or other institution.
No guarantees
We work to keep the courses accurate and the sites running, but they are provided as they are, without promises that they will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Changes do not take away a refund window you already had when you bought.
Law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
